Swace Space Administration is an organization that, well one of them; that looks over the universe. They are a group of scientists with hands in the pockets of all major law enforcers, ordinances, syndicates, mobs, organizations, entities, corporations & cartels. They are everywhere. They are a neutral group that is more worried about research & collecting data of all of the living species within the six major galaxies in the Alkress Sector of this universe. Alkress is all six of the space areas within this sector with a huge gaping area in between all six of them. A big bang sparks when a giant meteor collides with a triple nova, a septuple nebula & a black hole that just happens to all be close to one another. None of them had anything on how big the meteor was, it was a quarter size of a galaxy...

     Huge right? It's been floating at a whopping speed of three miles an hour since the dawn of time & has been hovering over the Alkress Sector of this universe. It contains great energies that can be associated with all six sectors & contains eleven elements from unknown sectors of the universe. The combination of all four things creates a big bang where a sun is born with seven planets. One of the planets is immediately habitable. Even though there are no plants for oxygen, it has water; an abundance of it through out the four continents. Yet, there's already microorganisms being forced to mutate & evolve. The scientists find this very interesting & therapeutic because this allows them to put their, "the Worst List" to the test. The Worst List is a list of one hundred beings from the six galaxies they consider the most powerful. 

     The power levels of the individuals; as well as their tales are not any to fuck with. The list fluctuates at random & every season, it's always different. The list is not known to any organization but the top thousand scientists of SSA. After a forced century has passed of the Alkress Galaxy forming; the SSA is given jurisdiction with collecting ground data from the only habitable planet. All one hundred of the Worst List have to go there on four different spaceships, one for each continent; that all contains different dangers just to set colonization in order on the planet. 

     After working with a gaggle thousand worth of covens to force time & space magic on the new galaxy; purposely to speed up the age of it to match the rest of the known universe...  It ends up with trees, animals, monsters & other beings roaming around but none of them show intelligence like the rest of the Alkress Sector. Once all one hundred of them accept SSA's contract for the colonization mission; they masterfully load up each spaceship. With this being a mission no one will ever forget, with the planet being magical beyond compare... As soon as all four spaceships land, as soon as all one hundred of them are on the ground; the planet will immediately change to reflect nothing predicted. It will bring forth a mysterious civilization & SSA will temporarily lose contact with the Worst List. The adventure immediately begins once communication disappears...
